Specific theory for AIIMS
Although the syllabus is the same for NEET and AIIMS there are certain extra topics that I studied when I prepared for AIIMS. I probably only got 2-3 questions from all these topics but it was totally worth it. These topics were a welcome break, as they were different from the textbooks which became boring after the 46th read.

1) Medical Instruments (Such as MRI, CT, PET etc)
2) Communication
3) Luminosity (this topic is different from the optics given in NCERT)
4) Chemistry practical book (especially inorganic )
5) Photorespiration (In more detail )
6) Photoperiodism
7) Genetics ( Mendelian not molecular) a lot more than in NCERT
8) Points to ponder in Physics NCERT
9) Microscopy and Camera
